All of our products are made to order. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color selection, or change of mind. We truly appreciate your understanding.

If There’s a Problem

Received an item that’s damaged, defective, or incorrect? No worries—we’ve got you covered!

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos showing the issue

Once approved, we’ll happily send a free replacement or issue a full refund—your choice.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to make a change? Orders can be updated or canceled within 12 hours after purchase. After that, production begins and changes are no longer possible.
